QModManager 4 is a mod that is required for downloading and player every legacy mod . Most mods require this mod by default to work, and if it is not installed they will not work. Installing it creates a folder in your Subnautica files that allows other mods to be put inside it and work in the game.
This mod has been deprecated, it is still required for legacy mods but the living large branch of Subnautica does not use QModManager
