The Quantum Teleporter is a kit designed to be able to teleport the user across worlds. and across the biomes of that said world. Everytime the player/user uses this Teleporter however. The base powering the teleporter. will lose a loss of 1500 energy. The Quantam Power Bank Can teleport to them using it's own power however.
