Re(ef)Balance is a smaller mod that focuses on adding many QoL changes and balancing changes that are meant to make the game more enjoyable without changing the games overall progression.

Basic Materials

  • Reinforced Glass

Vanilla Changes

  • Glass cost is reduced from 2 to 1 Quartz.
  • The Magnetite in the Scanner Room HUD Chip is replaced with Diamond.
  • Crafting s gives 3 instead of 1.
  • All seeds and decorative lab techs sizes are reduced to 1x1.
  • Creepvine Samples size is reduced to 1x2.
  • Seaglide size reduced to 2x2
  • size reduced to 1x2
  • All spoilable foods have a "grace period" before they start spoiling.
  • Several Seabase structures build faster.
  • The pre-made lockers within the Cyclops are much bigger.
  • Using a Thermoblade on coral structures gives double the reaps.
